Hello Brothers and Sister.

This is a reminder of our Summons Meeting this Thursday, September 12th at 8pm in our Union Hall.

Our first item will be a presentation by Brandon Eyre, our new financial advisor of IPC Investment Corporation. Brandon has taken over the duties of our former financial advisor, Rick Stonehouse, and will outline the reasons for the change, how it will benefit our members with the up coming transition steps and time lines.

I feel Brandon will offer our members an updated and current financial service that will benefit all members who wish to use his expertise. Health and wealth go hand in hand with success. Having the services of a financial professional is as important as having a family doctor, mechanic or lawyer in these times of financial uncertainty.

The second item on the Summons Meeting Agenda is if any member who wishes to put forward a collective agreement resolution to be submitted for consideration by the Steering and Bargaining Committee, please put them in writing and present them at the Summons Meeting. Please note, resolutions regarding money are left up to the discretion of the Bargaining Committee when negotiations with our contractors when they take place.
